Vous pourrez récupérer votre forfait de ski en présentant votre ticket de confirmation imprimé ainsi que votre pièce d’identité à la billetterie des télécabines – La Berneuse, Route du Belvèdère 8, 1854 Leysin. Horaires d’ouverture: de 9h à 16h30.

You can collect your ski pass by presenting your printed confirmation ticket as well as your identity card at the Ski-Lift Box Office – La Berneuse ski gondola, Route du Belvèdère 8, 1854 Leysin. Opening hours: 9am to 4.30pm.

POUR TOUS LES ACHETEURS, VEUILLEZ VOUS MUNIR DE VOS TICKETS ÉLECTRONIQUES. Pour les acheteurs du Festival Pass, il suffit de vous présenter au Bel Air le mercredi 19 mars de 16H00-20h, ou au guichet à l’entrée de « The Underbelly » le Jeudi 20 Mars de 22h00 à 02h00. Pour les acheteurs Weekend Festival Pass, la remise du bracelet se fera à partir du vendredi 21 mars au Bel Air de 16H00-20h, ou au guichet à l’entrée de « The Underbelly » le Vendredi 21 Mars de 22h00 à 02h00.

FOR ALL BUYERS, PLEASE BRING YOUR ELECTRONIC TICKETS. For buyers of  the Festival Pass, you simply need to show up at the Bel Air on Wednesday 19 March from 4pm-8pm or at the entrance to « The Underbelly » on Thursday march 20th, located under the Classic Alpine Hotel from 10pm to 2am. For buyers of the Weekend Festival pass, the festival wristband will be handed out from Friday March 21st at Bel Air 4pm-8pm, or at the entrance to « The Underbelly »,  from 10pm to 2am.

Pour les acheteurs de la Sunset Party, il suffit de se présenter à l’entrée des télécabines par la rampe d’accès en face du Bel Air (Dimanche 23 mars de 16h45 à 18h45 – dernière montée). La Sunset Party se déroule au Kuklos (17h00-22h00) : L’accès se fait par la rampe côté Bel Air. Montée avec les télécabines de la Berneuse (inclus avec le billet) en continu de 16H45 à 18H45.

For Sunset Party buyers, simply go to the entrance of the Berneuse gondolas by the access ramp in front of the Bel Air (Sunday March 23 from 4:45pm to 6:45pm – last gondola going up). The Sunset Party takes place at the Kuklos (5pm-10pm): Access is via the ramp on the Bel Air side. Going up to the Kuklos with the Berneuse gondolas (included with the ticket) continuously from 4:45pm to 6:45pm.
